I took fish oil capsules for 5 days under the recommendation of my doctor, and on the eve of the fifth day my whole body became red and very itchy from head to toe, so I immediately stopped taking the capsules after calling my doctor. After two days of itching my body was back to normal but I am still itching, but not as bad as the first two days. Now I am afraid to eat any seafood products.
