All Purpose Plastisol Ink – 62 Colors – For Cotton, Polyester & Blends

All Purpose Plastisol Ink (PFAP Series) is one ink that covers most of what runs through your shop — 100% cotton, 50/50 poly-cotton blends, and light-colored 100% polyester. Bold opacity, a genuinely soft hand, and extra bleed resistance, so you can carry fewer inks and still hit the print.

Available in 62 colors and four sizes, from pint to 5 gallon. Pantone and competitor color matching available.

How to run it

Mesh	110–230
Flash	230°F (110°C) for 3–5 seconds
Cure	300–330°F (149–166°C) for 30–40 seconds
Clean-up	OPTIWASH 125 Ink Remover
Storage	65–90°F (18–32°C), cool and dry, out of direct sun
Shelf life	One year from manufacture

Pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon ship from stock in all 62 colors.

Running volume? 30-gallon drums, 55-gallon drums and 220-gallon totes are available on request — contact us for a quote and lead time.

Handling

• Wear gloves and safety glasses when handling inks.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
