Bleed Resistant 5-Star Bright White CQ Plastisol Ink – For Cotton & 50/50 Blends

5-Star Bright White CQ is the white you reach for when the shirt is going to fight you. Part of the Total Ink Solutions BR Series (PFBR) — phthalate-free, high-opacity, and built to stop dye migration before it ruins a run.

Creamy enough to print clean off a 110, opaque enough to cover in one hit, and soft enough that the customer does not feel a plate on the chest. Made for 100% cotton and 50/50 poly-cotton blends.

Printing dark polyester? Lay 5-Star Bright White CQ down as an underbase — it holds back the dye and gives the colors on top something clean to sit on.

How to run it

Mesh	110–160 standard, 200+ for fine detail
Squeegee	65–75 durometer, sharp edge
Stencil	Water-resistant emulsion
Flash	250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds
Cure	320–330°F (160–165°C) for full cure
Clean-up	OPTIWASH 125 Ink Remover
Storage	65–90°F (18–32°C), out of direct sun
Shelf life	12 months from manufacture
