Franmar® Emulsion Remover - Strip-e-doo - Concentrate 1:19

When you have a lot of screens to clean, you need STRIP•e•doo® Concentrate Emulsion Remover. It offers all the benefits of standard STRIP•e•doo in a money-saving concentrated formula, breaking down the toughest emulsions, capillary films and stencils. A built-in degreaser changes colour when it is no longer active, so you know exactly when the working solution needs replacing.

Dilution: For best results dilute 1 part concentrate to 19 parts water (1:19). One quart of concentrate makes five gallons of ready-to-use emulsion remover.

How to use: Mix to the 1:19 dilution above. Wet the screen and pour or spray the diluted solution onto both sides. Scrub both sides thoroughly with a Biggee™ scrub pad or soft brush, then rinse with pressurized water. Degrease before re-coating.

Typical uses: High-volume reclaiming departments; shops wanting to cut emulsion-remover freight and storage cost.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection — take particular care when handling the undiluted concentrate. Always add concentrate to water. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store the concentrate in its original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
