M&R EZ-Clean Squeegees

EZ-Clean Squeegees for M&R automatic presses. Solid aluminum handle with rubber that drops out the moment you loosen the screws — no fighting a bonded blade, no wrestling with nuts and bolts.

Why they clean easier

We countersink one side and tap the other, so there are no nut or bolt heads sticking out to snag your wash rag. There are no gaps between the profiles for ink to hide in either. Every screw is stainless steel.

How they're built

The rubber is slightly over-cut and installed with a careful eye for straightness, then the assembled squeegee goes to a power saw for a very light shave. After edge sanding and cleanup you get a genuinely straight, precise blade.

Choosing a durometer

• Single Duro (70) — the standard all-purpose blade. Ships with 70 durometer rubber installed. Right for the majority of general printing.
• Triple Duro — a soft/hard/soft laminated blade. The stiff center core resists flex and holds a sharper edge under pressure, while the softer outer layers keep good ink shear. Choose it for high-detail work, heavy deposits, and long production runs where blade deflection costs you consistency.

Sizes

Available 4" through 26". Measure the blade length your press requires — not your frame width.

Fitment

Cut for M&R automatic presses. If you run Anatol, MHM, ROQ, or Workhorse, order the squeegee cut for that machine instead — profiles are not interchangeable.

Replacement rubber

Because the rubber drops free, these are built to be re-bladed rather than replaced. Order replacement squeegee rubber in the same durometer and length when the edge finally goes.
