Siser® Brick 600 Heat Transfer Vinyl

Siser® Brick® 600 is Siser's thickest heat transfer vinyl — 600 microns (23.6 mil) of flexible PU that adds real dimension to a design. The matte finish and raised profile are what you see on sports apparel, caps, bags, and left-chest logos.

The embossed trick

Lay Brick 600 down as a base layer and cover it with EasyWeed® EcoStretch™. The result is a genuine embossed look you can't get from a single layer — one of the most requested effects in garment decorating.

Sizes

Available in 12" (11.88" actual) and 20" (19.66" actual) widths, in five lengths: 1 Yard, 5 FT, 10 FT, 5 Yard, and 10 Yard. Longer rolls carry a materially lower cost per yard.

Cutter settings

• Blade: 60°
• Force: 12–17
• Offset: .250
• Speed: 10

Brick 600 is thick — it needs more force than standard HTV. Always test cut first; settings vary with blade condition and machine age.

Application

• Cover with a heat transfer cover sheet or multipurpose paper
• Preheat the garment 2–3 seconds
• Apply at 310°F / 155°C
• Medium pressure for 20 seconds
• Peel carrier COLD — peeling warm will lift the design

Laundering

Wait 24 hours before the first wash. Machine wash cold with mild detergent, tumble dry low. Do not dry clean. Liquid fabric softener is not recommended.
