The Smooth Kit is a complete fiber-smoothing system built to eliminate fibrillation and deliver the smoothest, most detailed screen prints possible. By matting garment fibers flat after the flash cure, it creates a hard, press-like surface so every overprinted color lays down crisp, vibrant, and high-resolution. Choose the configuration that fits your shop — from the standalone smoothing frame, to the Starter Kit, to the fully loaded Ultimate Kit — all available for most automatic presses (a manual version is also available).
During the underbase print, fabric fibers lift as the mesh releases from the garment, leaving a rough, fuzzy texture that dulls colors and softens detail. Passing a roller squeegee over a PTFE (non-stick) sheet presses those fibers down after flashing, so the next ink layers print on a smooth, firm foundation — the result is sharper detail, brighter color, and a softer hand feel.
