Solvent Custom Color Match – 7 Industrial Ink Series

Industrial use only. These are solvent-based industrial inks for plastics, metal, glass, vinyl and signage — not garment inks. Read the SDS before use and handle accordingly.

Matched on our proprietary UMX (Ultimate Mixing System), verified under professional D50 lighting against the current physical color guide and First Edition PLUS Guide. Standard turnaround 48–72 hours.

10000 — Multi-Purpose	ABS, acrylic, butyrate, polystyrene, polycarbonate (Lexan®), COP, vacuum-formed plastics
20000 — Epoxy	Metal, glass, melamine, printed circuit boards, treated PE & PP
30000 — Enamel / Topcoat	Paper, cardboard, wood, hardboard, glass, metal, coated metal
40000 — Gloss Vinyl	Vinyl, rigid PVC, pressure-sensitive decals, coated polyester (Mylar®)
43000 — Matte Vinyl	The same as 40000, where a low-gloss finish is required
66000 — Polyurethane	High-flex, chemical-resistant, abrasion-resistant industrial work
80000 — Coroplast	Corrugated plastic, polypropylene, polyethylene sign board, yard signs

The series matters more than the color. A perfect color match in the wrong series will not adhere. If you are unsure what your substrate is, call us before ordering.

How it works

1. Pick the series that matches your substrate.
2. Pick your size — quart, gallon or 5 gallon.
3. Give us your target color reference at checkout or by phone.
4. We mix, verify under D50, and ship in 48–72 hours (metallics may take longer).

Before you order

Do not pick a color off your monitor. Screens shift between devices and none of them are D50. Choose from a physical color guide and give us the reference.

Printing garments instead?

These are industrial inks. For apparel, use our UMX® Custom Color Match page — plastisol, water-base and UV series for cotton, blends, polyester and nylon.
