Usage Instructions:
Daily Maintenance:
Clean Feed and Pressure Rollers: Lightly wipe the rollers with a lint-free cloth sprayed with isopropyl alcohol to remove any buildup.
Cartridge Maintenance: Use a lint-free cloth to remove any free ink from the ends of the cartridges before and after your daily print workflow.
End-of-Day Wet Capping:
Fill the Capping Station: Add the cleaning solution to the capping station to keep the printhead moist overnight.
Park the Printhead: Position the printhead over the capping station.
Power Down: Turn off the printer to allow the wet capping to maintain the printhead condition.
Periodic Maintenance:
Weekly Cleaning: Clean the wiper blade and the surrounding area to prevent ink buildup.
Monthly Tasks: Lubricate the carriage guide rails and bearings, and clean the encoder strip with isopropyl alcohol using a lint-free cloth.
Every Three Months: Flush the ink delivery system using the Long Store option in your Mutoh Status Monitor (MSM) remote panel.Storage Instructions:
Sealed Container: Keep the cleaning solution in its original, tightly sealed container to prevent contamination.
Optimal Environment: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Temperature Range: Maintain storage temperatures between 60°F and 77°F (15°C to 25°C).
Safety Precautions: Ensure the solution is kept out of reach of children and pets.
