Aluminum Pre-Stretched Screens are the workhorse frame for garment screen printing — built from lightweight 6063-T5 aluminum, hand-welded, and ground flat so the mesh sits true against the shirt for clean off-contact. Every frame ships pre-stretched with premium Saati mesh at a consistent tension, ready to coat, burn, and print. Choose your mesh count and frame size below.

Pick your mesh count

Mesh count controls how much ink you lay down and how much detail you hold — higher mesh means finer detail and a thinner ink deposit.

• 25–86: Heavy ink deposit for specialty work — glitter, puff, high-density, shimmer, and thick white underbases.
• 110–160: The everyday range for spot-color plastisol, bold text and graphics, and general garment printing. If you stock one mesh, make it 110 or 156.
• 180–230: Lighter deposit for finer detail, a softer hand, and simulated-process underbases.
• 255–420: Fine halftones, four-color process, and the sharp detail that water-based and discharge inks demand.

White vs. yellow mesh

White mesh is the standard choice for most spot-color and everyday printing. Yellow (dyed) mesh absorbs stray light during exposure to reduce undercutting and halation — reach for it on high-mesh, fine-detail and halftone work where crisp edges matter.
