Four Color Process Plastisol Ink – CMYK Set – All Four Colors

The complete CMYK set — cyan, magenta, yellow and black process plastisol in one kit. Everything you need to print a photograph from four screens.

Cheaper than buying the four colors separately, and you will not get halfway through a job missing one.

What process ink is for

Process is not spot color. It is transparent by design — the colors mix optically on the shirt as overlapping halftone dots. Four screens, full-color image.

• Photorealistic prints — images, portraits, gradients
• Fewer screens — four instead of twelve spot separations
• Smooth gradients — halftone blending, no banding

Substrate & underbase

Process ink is transparent. On white garments, print direct. On anything else you need a white underbase — or the shirt colour shows through and the image goes muddy.

Underbase with 5-Star Bright White CQ (PFBR) for dark or blend garments.

How to run it

Mesh	230–305 — process needs fine mesh to hold the dot
Squeegee	70–75 durometer, sharp edge
Underbase	Required on anything but white
Flash	250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds
Cure	320–330°F (160–165°C)
Clean-up	OPTIWASH 125 Ink Remover
Shelf life	12 months from manufacture

Process is the least forgiving ink we sell. Mesh, off-contact and dot gain matter more than on spot color. Test before you commit a run.
