Glitter Plastisol Ink – 33 Colors – For Cotton, Polyester & Blends

Glitter Plastisol Ink (PFGL Series) puts real sparkle on a shirt without the setup. Phthalate-free, low-cure, and no underbase required — double-hit it and you are done.

Available in 33 colors, from Brilliant Gold and Sahara Gold to Black Magic and Holographic Silver. Quart and gallon.

• No underbase — saves you a screen, a flash and a pass. Straight onto the garment.
• Low cure at 280°F — safe on heat-sensitive and synthetic fabrics that would scorch under a standard plastisol.
• Heavy sparkle — real glitter flake suspended in the base, not a printed effect. Multi-dimensional reflection that catches light from every angle.

How to run it

Glitter is not a normal plastisol — the flake is large, so the mesh has to let it through.

Mesh — manual	40 or lower
Passes	Two hits per color for full coverage
Underbase	Not required
Flash	220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds
Cure	280–300°F (137–148°C)
Clean-up	OPTIWASH 125 Ink Remover
Storage	65–90°F (18–32°C), cool and dry, out of direct sun
Shelf life	One year from manufacture

Glitter reflects heat as well as light, so it can take longer to flash than you expect. Test your flash time before committing to a production run.

Handling

• Wear gloves and safety glasses when handling inks.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep containers sealed when not in use to prevent contamination.
