Water-Based Fluorescent Ink (WBFL Series) prints high-visibility neons that pop under natural light and glow under blacklight — with the soft, breathable hand only water-based gives you. Phthalate-free and built for fashion, festival and streetwear work where the color is the whole point.

How to run it

Type	Water-based fluorescent · phthalate free
Substrate	100% cotton · cotton/poly blends
Underbase	Print over a white underbase on dark garments for maximum neon pop
Mesh	110–160
Flash	250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds
Cure	320–350°F (160–177°C) — all moisture must evaporate before the ink is fully cured
On press	Keep it moving — water-based dries in the mesh if the press stops. Use a retarder for long runs.
Cleanup	Water and mild soap
Storage	65–90°F, sealed, out of direct sun. Do not freeze.

Fluorescent pigments are bright but not UV-stable long-term — neon colors will fade with prolonged sun exposure faster than standard colors. Perfect for fashion and event wear; not the pick for long-term outdoor signage.
