Four Color Process Water-Based Ink – CMYK Set – Soft Hand

The complete CMYK set in water-base — cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Same four-screen process printing, the softest hand we make.

Water-base sinks into the fibre instead of sitting on it. On a finished shirt you can barely feel a process print.

What process ink is for

Process is transparent by design — the colors mix optically as overlapping halftone dots. Four screens, full-color image.

• Photorealistic prints — images, portraits, gradients
• Softest possible hand — the print becomes part of the fabric
• Fewer screens — four instead of twelve spot separations

Substrate & underbase

Transparent ink needs a ground. Print direct on white. On anything else you need a white underbase or the garment shows through.

Handling

• Wear gloves and eye protection when handling inks.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Do not let it dry in the screen — water-base cures in the mesh if you stop.
• Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
